Cat 2 _ $45.00 _ _ Cats must remain indoors. Maximum of 2 pets per home. Monthly rent is per pet.
Dog 2 _ $45.00 _ 75 Dogs up to 50lbs are $45/mo.; 51-75lbs are $75/mo. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
